Welcome to the Greaves House bed and breakfast. You can find us in a quiet corner of the historic city of Lancaster. Our well established  bed & breakfast offers en-suite bedrooms, parking and a friendly atmosphere.

We are situated within ten minutes of easy walking to the town centre, train station and The University of Cumbria (formerly St Martins College.) The University of Lancaster is ten minutes drive. We are within five minutes of BMI and Lancaster Royal Infirmary. 

We pride ourselves in offering clean,  comfortable accommodation and a friendly environment. Many of our guests are repeat customers and through recommendation.
